Terms of business

Nothing on this website is a quote. A quote is a written document we give you after we have come out and looked at your conservatory.

Every quote we give is in writing and says what is included and what is optional. It stays valid for a set period, and that period is written on the quote itself.

The price on your written quote is the price you pay. It does not go up once work has started.

The one thing that changes it is you changing what you have asked for, or something coming to light behind the old roof that could not be seen on the survey. If that happens we stop, tell you what it means and what it costs, and wait for you to say yes before carrying on.

Payment terms are confirmed on your written quote.

Replacing a conservatory roof is building work, so it goes through Building Control. We make the application, we deal with the inspections, and we hand you the certificate when the job is signed off. You do not have to arrange any of it.

Our installation carries a 10 year workmanship guarantee, in writing.

The roof system itself also carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which is separate from ours and is set out in the paperwork we hand over at the end.

If you agree a job with us in your own home, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel it. You do not have to give a reason.

The 14 days run from the day you agree the contract. Tell us in writing, by letter or by email, and we will refund anything you have paid within 14 days of hearing from you.

If you ask us in writing to start the work inside that 14 day period and then cancel, you pay for what we have already done, and no more.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
